Ingredients
- 3 slices Italian farmhouse bread
- 1 ball Mozzarella (125 g)
- 50 g Parma ham (in thin slices)
- Arugula
- Tomato salsa (from the jar)
Instructions
- 1. Spread the tomato salsa evenly onto the bread slices.
- 2. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces.
- 3. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the arugula dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
- 6. Cover the first bread slice with the mozzarella slices.
- 7. Distribute the arugula evenly over the mozzarella.
- 8. Place the ham pieces on top of the arugula.
- 9. Take the second bread slice.
- 10. Spread the tomato salsa on the inside of the second bread slice.
- 11. Place the ham pieces on the sauced side of the second bread slice.
- 12. Distribute the arugula over the ham on the second bread slice.
- 13. Place the mozzarella slices on the arugula of the second bread slice.
- 14. Place the second bread slice with the filling on top of the first bread slice.
- 15. Press the sandwich down gently.
- 16. Cut the sandwich as desired.
