🍽️ Mozzarella with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 100 g mushrooms
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 g almond slivers
- 1 tbsp red peppercorns
- 250 g mozzarella
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- marjoram
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
- 2. Grate the carrots finely.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
- 4. Fry the mushrooms in oil.
- 5. Peel the garlic and dice it finely.
- 6. Add the garlic, almonds, and peppercorns to the mushroom mixture.
- 7. Slice the mozzarella.
- 8. Arrange the mozzarella slices on a plate.
- 9. Season the mozzarella with salt and pepper.
- 10. Drizzle lemon juice over the mozzarella.
- 11. Cover the mozzarella with the mushroom mixture.
- 12. Sprinkle the grated carrots over the top.
- 13. Garnish the dish with marjoram and serve.
