  1. 1. Wash the herbs and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Wash the tomatoes as well. Remove the mozzarella from the liquid and let it drain. Now distribute the herbs, tomatoes, bay leaf, and pepper evenly among the jars.
  2. 2. Pour the olive oil over everything. Make sure all ingredients are completely covered with oil. Seal the jars tightly and let the mixture infuse for about one week in a cool, dark place.
