Ingredients
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- parsley (2 sprigs each)
- thyme (2 sprigs each)
- 6 tomatoes
- 6 balls mozzarella (125 g each)
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tsp peppercorns
- 600 ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Wash the tomatoes as well. Remove the mozzarella from the liquid and let it drain. Now distribute the herbs, tomatoes, bay leaf, and pepper evenly among the jars.
- 2. Pour the olive oil over everything. Make sure all ingredients are completely covered with oil. Seal the jars tightly and let the mixture infuse for about one week in a cool, dark place.
