  3. 3. Wash the chicory and cut it in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
  5. 5. Finely chop the shallot and garlic.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the chopped shallot and garlic in the hot oil until translucent.
  8. 8. Add the morel mushrooms to the pot.
  9. 9. Sauté the mushrooms briefly.
  10. 10. Deglaze the mixture with wine.
  11. 11. Pour in the broth.
  12. 12. Let the mushrooms cook in the liquid for a few minutes until tender.
