🍽️ Lavender Moon Milk

Ingredients
- 500 ml milk (3.5% fat) (or a plant-based alternative like oat or almond drink)
- 1 tsp dried lavender flowers
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 1 tsp spice (Ashwagandha powder)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 knife tip dried cornflower (flowers)
Instructions
- 1. Warm the milk in a pot while stirring constantly. Add the lavender flowers, cinnamon, and grated nutmeg. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife.
- 2. Take about 30 milliliters of the milk and pour it into a small bowl. Stir in the ashwagandha powder and the vanilla seeds until the powder is completely dissolved.
- 3. Pour the spiced milk back into the pot and stir in the honey. Froth the mixture using a hand blender. Fill the moon milk into two glasses and garnish with cornflowers.
