  1. 1. Warm the milk in a pot while stirring constantly. Add the lavender flowers, cinnamon, and grated nutmeg. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife.
  2. 2. Take about 30 milliliters of the milk and pour it into a small bowl. Stir in the ashwagandha powder and the vanilla seeds until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the spiced milk back into the pot and stir in the honey. Froth the mixture using a hand blender. Fill the moon milk into two glasses and garnish with cornflowers.
