  1. 1. Rinse the cucumber under running water.
  2. 2. Cut off a few thin slices for garnish and set them aside.
  3. 3. Peel the rest of the cucumber.
  4. 4. Cut the peeled vegetable into rough chunks.
  5. 5. Place the cucumber chunks into a tall blending cup.
  6. 6. Blend the cucumber chunks into a fine puree.
  7. 7. Add the whey gradually.
  8. 8. Mix the whey in thoroughly.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  10. 10. Add freshly ground pepper.
  11. 11. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
  12. 12. Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture.
  13. 13. Snip the cress off the stems.
  14. 14. Rinse the dill under cold water.
  15. 15. Set aside a few dill sprigs for garnish.
  16. 16. Shake the dill dry.
  17. 17. Chop the dill roughly.
  18. 18. Add the cress and chopped dill to the cucumber-whey mixture.
  19. 19. Mix everything briefly until well combined.
  20. 20. Pour the drink into glasses.
  21. 21. Garnish each drink with the reserved cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
  22. 22. Serve the drink immediately.
