🥤 Refreshing Cucumber Whey Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 500 ml whey
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- a few dashes of Tabasco
- a little lemon juice
- 1 box cress
- 1 bunch dill
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cucumber under running water.
- 2. Cut off a few thin slices for garnish and set them aside.
- 3. Peel the rest of the cucumber.
- 4. Cut the peeled vegetable into rough chunks.
- 5. Place the cucumber chunks into a tall blending cup.
- 6. Blend the cucumber chunks into a fine puree.
- 7. Add the whey gradually.
- 8. Mix the whey in thoroughly.
- 9. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 10. Add freshly ground pepper.
- 11. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
- 12. Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture.
- 13. Snip the cress off the stems.
- 14. Rinse the dill under cold water.
- 15. Set aside a few dill sprigs for garnish.
- 16. Shake the dill dry.
- 17. Chop the dill roughly.
- 18. Add the cress and chopped dill to the cucumber-whey mixture.
- 19. Mix everything briefly until well combined.
- 20. Pour the drink into glasses.
- 21. Garnish each drink with the reserved cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
- 22. Serve the drink immediately.
