  2. 2. Let the tea steep for three to four minutes.
  3. 3. Allow the tea to cool down completely.
  4. 4. Stir the dextrose into the cooled tea until it has completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Add the whey and stir it in well.
  6. 6. Add lemon juice and season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Fill the drinking glasses with ice cubes.
  8. 8. Pour the finished whey mixture over the ice.
  9. 9. Place a slice of lemon on the rim of each glass.
