🍽️ Refreshing Whey Green Tea Shake

Ingredients
- 2 tsp green tea
- 3 tbsp grape sugar
- 350 ml whey (acid whey)
- juice of one lemon
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 4 lemon slices
Instructions
- 1. Pour 250 milliliters of boiling water over the tea bag.
- 2. Let the tea steep for three to four minutes.
- 3. Allow the tea to cool down completely.
- 4. Stir the dextrose into the cooled tea until it has completely dissolved.
- 5. Add the whey and stir it in well.
- 6. Add lemon juice and season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 7. Fill the drinking glasses with ice cubes.
- 8. Pour the finished whey mixture over the ice.
- 9. Place a slice of lemon on the rim of each glass.
- 10. Garnish the drink with fresh lemon balm leaves.
