  1. 1. Place mascarpone, honey, and vanilla powder in a bowl. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer until creamy. Then gently fold in the quark.
  2. 2. Melt the chocolate and mix it well with the freshly brewed coffee. Cut the ladyfinger biscuits in half crosswise. Dip the biscuits into the coffee mixture and place half of them into four dessert glasses.
  3. 3. Add half of the cream on top. Cover with the remaining ladyfinger biscuits. Spread the rest of the cream over the top.
  4. 4. Chill the mocha tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
