🥤 Fresh Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients
- 30 ml lime juice
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 6 mint
- 60 ml rum
- 5 ice cubes
- soda water
- 1 mint sprig
Instructions
- 1. Pour the lime juice and the sugar into a tall glass.
- 2. Add the fresh mint leaves to the glass.
- 3. Gently press the mint with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the flavors.
- 4. Pour the rum into the glass.
- 5. Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- 6. Top up the drink with sparkling mineral water.
- 7. Stir the mixture briefly and gently.
- 8. Garnish the mojito with a sprig of fresh mint.
- 9. Insert a drinking straw and serve the drink immediately.
