  6. 6. Peel the cooled potatoes.
  7. 7. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer.
  8. 8. Mix the pressed potatoes with quark, sugar, flour, semolina, egg, egg yolk, and salt.
  9. 9. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough.
  11. 11. Coat the dough pieces in flour.
  12. 12. Roll the dough pieces into spindle shapes between your hands.
  13. 13. Place the finished noodles side by side on a floured work surface.
  14. 14. Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a pot.
