Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 sprig mint
- 50 g soft tofu
- 100 g sour cream
- 200 ml milk
- 1 handful ice cubes
- salt
- 1 dash apple cider vinegar
- paprika powder (sweet)
- Tabasco
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots.
- 2. Cut the carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Set aside a few thin sticks for garnish.
- 4. Rinse the mint.
- 5. Shake the mint dry.
- 6. Pluck off the mint leaves.
- 7. Put the carrot pieces into the blender.
- 8. Put the tofu into the blender.
- 9. Put the sour cream into the blender.
- 10. Put the milk into the blender.
- 11. Put the ice cubes into the blender.
- 12. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 13. Add a little water if needed.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
- 15. Season the mixture with vinegar to taste.
- 16. Season the mixture with paprika powder to taste.
- 17. Season the mixture with Tabasco to taste.
- 18. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 19. Garnish the smoothie with the carrot sticks.
- 20. Serve the smoothie.
