🍽️ Fresh Carrot Ginger Shake

Ingredients
- 150 ml carrot juice (if necessary, freshly juiced)
- 100 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 1 ginger (walnut-sized piece, fresh)
- 1 tsp honey
- fresh carrot strips (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger root.
- 2. Press the peeled ginger through a garlic press directly into the blender.
- 3. Add the juices, buttermilk, and honey to the blender.
- 4. Blend all ingredients until fully mixed.
- 5. Pour the shake into chilled glasses.
- 6. Garnish each drink with thin strips of raw carrots.
