Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 60 g Almond kernels (julienned)
- 5 young garlic cloves (quartered)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Fruit vinegar
- Salt
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel them, and slice them into long, thin strips, similar to spaghetti.
- 2. Sauté the garlic, almonds, and carrot strips briefly in olive oil. Pour in the vegetable broth and let the mixture simmer gently for about 4 minutes. Season with vinegar and salt, stir in the chopped coriander, and serve the dish lukewarm.
