🍽️ Creamy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 600 g carrots
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- pepper (from the mill)
- salt
- edible flowers (e.g. sage flowers, dill..)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Add half of the broth to a pot and boil the carrot cubes in it for about 20 minutes until soft. Then puree the soft carrots until smooth.
- 2. Pour the remaining broth into the pureed carrots and stir in the cream. Finally, season the soup to taste with the curry paste, salt, and pepper. Serve the soup with edible flowers if desired.
