  3. 3. Dissolve the yeast in 250 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  4. 4. Peel the carrots.
  5. 5. Grate the carrots finely.
  6. 6. Mix the flour with the salt.
  7. 7. Add the ground ginger.
  8. 8. Add the ground coriander.
  9. 9. Fold the grated carrots into the flour mixture.
  10. 10. Transfer the flour mixture into a large bowl.
  11. 11. Make a well in the center of the bowl.
  12. 12. Pour the yeast-water mixture into the well.
  13. 13. Add the oil.
  14. 14. Knead the ingredients by hand or with an electric hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  15. 15. Check the consistency of the dough.
  16. 16. If the dough is too wet, add a little more flour.
