🍳 Moist Carrot Bread with Raisins

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast
- 350 g carrots
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- flour (for the work surface)

Instructions
- 1. Place the raisins in a bowl.
- 2. Cover the raisins with lukewarm water.
- 3. Dissolve the yeast in 250 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 4. Peel the carrots.
- 5. Grate the carrots finely.
- 6. Mix the flour with the salt.
- 7. Add the ground ginger.
- 8. Add the ground coriander.
- 9. Fold the grated carrots into the flour mixture.
- 10. Transfer the flour mixture into a large bowl.
- 11. Make a well in the center of the bowl.
- 12. Pour the yeast-water mixture into the well.
- 13. Add the oil.
- 14. Knead the ingredients by hand or with an electric hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
- 15. Check the consistency of the dough.
- 16. If the dough is too wet, add a little more flour.
- 17. If the dough is too dry, work in a little more lukewarm water.
- 18. Dust your work surface with flour.
- 19. Knead the dough thoroughly for about 10 minutes.
- 20. Cover the dough.
- 21. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 22. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 23. Shape the dough into loaves.
- 24. Place the loaves in the preheated oven.
- 25. Bake the bread for about 50 minutes.
- 26. Remove the bread from the oven.
- 27. Let the bread cool down completely.
- 28. Slice the bread.
- 29. Serve the bread.
