🍽️ Creamy Carrot and Potato Mash with Pork Strips

Ingredients
- 50 g small potatoes (1 small potato)
- 100 g carrots (1 carrot)
- 20 g lean pork
- 3 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potato and the carrot under running water.
- 2. Peel the potato and the carrot completely.
- 3. Cut the peeled vegetables into small, even cubes.
- 4. Rinse the piece of meat under cold water.
- 5. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 7. Make sure to cut the strips across the grain of the meat.
- 8. Pour 100 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 9. Bring the water to a boil.
- 10. Add the cut vegetable pieces to the boiling water.
- 11. Add the meat strips to the pot as well.
- 12. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 13. Let the vegetables and meat simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 14. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 15. Puree the entire mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 16. Stir in the cooking water while blending to achieve the desired consistency.
- 17. Finally, stir the oil into the mash.
