Ingredients
- 100 g Carrots
- 10 g Millet
- 50 g Potatoes
- 1.5 tbsp Apple Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the carrots.
- 3. Slice the carrots.
- 4. Peel the potatoes.
- 5. Wash the potatoes.
- 6. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- 7. Place the carrots, potatoes, and millet into a pot.
- 8. Pour in enough water to cover everything completely.
- 9. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 10. Reduce the heat to a medium setting.
- 11. Let the porridge simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 12. Check if the ingredients are soft.
- 13. Puree the porridge until smooth.
- 14. Add a little more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- 15. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding.
