🍳 Fresh Quark Dip with Carrots and Chives

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 0.5 small lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 200 g carrots
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chives dry.
- 3. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 4. Place the chive rings into a bowl.
- 5. Add the quark to the bowl.
- 6. Add the sour cream to the bowl.
- 7. Stir the quark mixture until smooth.
- 8. Cut a lemon in half.
- 9. Squeeze the lemon half.
- 10. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to the quark cream.
- 11. Season the cream with salt.
- 12. Season the cream with pepper.
- 13. Wash the carrots.
- 14. Remove the ends and greens of the carrots.
- 15. Peel the carrots.
- 16. Grate the carrots finely using a box grater.
- 17. Fold the grated carrots into the quark cream.
- 18. Taste the mixture again and adjust with salt.
- 19. Taste the mixture again and adjust with pepper.
- 20. Serve the dip.
