🍽️ Steamed Carrots and Parsnips

Ingredients
- Carrots (each approx. 300 g, same size)
- Parsnips (each approx. 300 g, same size)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and the parsnips.
- 2. Cut the vegetables in half lengthwise.
- 3. Bring water with some salt to a boil.
- 4. Cook the vegetables in it for about 6 minutes.
- 5. Drain the vegetables and let them drip dry.
- 6. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 7. Fry the vegetables in it slowly on all sides.
- 8. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 9. Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley.
- 10. Place the vegetables on oiled aluminum foil.
- 11. Finish the vegetables on the grill.
