🍳 Fresh Carrot and Papaya Shake

Ingredients
- 200 g carrots (2 carrots)
- 350 g small papaya (1 small papaya)
- 0.5 lime
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 300 g buttermilk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green tops and root ends from the carrots.
- 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Peel the carrots completely using a peeler.
- 4. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise.
- 5. Use a teaspoon to carefully remove the seeds from the papaya.
- 6. Peel the skin off the papaya halves.
- 7. Squeeze the lime half to extract the juice.
- 8. Grate the carrots coarsely using a grater.
- 9. Slice the papaya into thin slices.
- 10. Cut the papaya slices into very small cubes.
- 11. Place the grated carrots and papaya cubes into a bowl.
- 12. Pour the lime juice over the fruit and vegetables.
- 13. Add the agave syrup.
- 14. Add the rapeseed oil.
- 15. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- 16. Stir the thick milk (Dickmilch) into the mixture.
- 17. Sprinkle the papaya seeds over the shake.
- 18. Serve the shake immediately.
