  1. 1. Remove the green tops and root ends from the carrots.
  2. 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots completely using a peeler.
  4. 4. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Use a teaspoon to carefully remove the seeds from the papaya.
  6. 6. Peel the skin off the papaya halves.
  7. 7. Squeeze the lime half to extract the juice.
  8. 8. Grate the carrots coarsely using a grater.
  9. 9. Slice the papaya into thin slices.
  10. 10. Cut the papaya slices into very small cubes.
  11. 11. Place the grated carrots and papaya cubes into a bowl.
  12. 12. Pour the lime juice over the fruit and vegetables.
  13. 13. Add the agave syrup.
  14. 14. Add the rapeseed oil.
  15. 15. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  16. 16. Stir the thick milk (Dickmilch) into the mixture.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the papaya seeds over the shake.
  18. 18. Serve the shake immediately.
