- 600 g carrots
- 1 mango
- 4 oranges
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peeled carrots into large chunks.
- 3. Peel the mango.
- 4. Cut the mango flesh away from the pit.
- 5. Peel the oranges.
- 6. Cut the orange flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Place the carrot chunks, mango flesh, and orange pieces into the juicer.
- 8. Juice all ingredients until you have a smooth liquid.
- 9. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 10. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 11. Dilute the smoothie with a little sparkling water if you like.
- 12. Add a few ice cubes to the glasses.
