🍽️ Fresh Carrot Orange Coriander Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 4 oranges
- 4 carrots
- 1 tsp honey
- chili oil
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 8 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from the limes and the oranges.
- 2. Peel the carrots.
- 3. Use a vegetable peeler to remove several long, thin strips from the carrots.
- 4. Set the carrot strips aside for later garnishing.
- 5. Cut the remaining part of the carrots into small pieces.
- 6. Place the carrot pieces in a blender.
- 7. Add the honey, the oil, and the lime juice.
- 8. Puree everything together until smooth.
- 9. Rinse the coriander leaves under cold water.
- 10. Shake the coriander leaves dry.
- 11. Add the herbs along with the orange juice and ice cubes to the blender.
- 12. Blend the mixture again until it is very smooth.
- 13. Add a little cold water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- 14. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- 15. Garnish the smoothie with the carrot strips you prepared earlier.
- 16. Serve the smoothie.
