  1. 1. Squeeze the juice from the limes and the oranges.
  2. 2. Peel the carrots.
  3. 3. Use a vegetable peeler to remove several long, thin strips from the carrots.
  4. 4. Set the carrot strips aside for later garnishing.
  5. 5. Cut the remaining part of the carrots into small pieces.
  6. 6. Place the carrot pieces in a blender.
  7. 7. Add the honey, the oil, and the lime juice.
  8. 8. Puree everything together until smooth.
  9. 9. Rinse the coriander leaves under cold water.
  10. 10. Shake the coriander leaves dry.
  11. 11. Add the herbs along with the orange juice and ice cubes to the blender.
  12. 12. Blend the mixture again until it is very smooth.
  13. 13. Add a little cold water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  14. 14. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  15. 15. Garnish the smoothie with the carrot strips you prepared earlier.
  16. 16. Serve the smoothie.
