🥤 Fresh Carrot-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 1 small Grapefruit
- 200 ml Carrot Juice
- 80 g Low-fat Quark (4 Tbsp)
- 1 tsp Rapeseed Oil
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the oranges. You should get about 200 milliliters of juice.
- 2. Squeeze the grapefruit. This yields about 100 milliliters of juice.
- 3. Add the orange and grapefruit juice along with the carrot juice to a tall container.
- 4. Add the low-fat quark and the oil.
- 5. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is smooth and fine.
- 6. Serve the drink immediately, well chilled.
