🍽️ Crispy Carrots with Spicy Buttermilk Dip

Ingredients
- 2 bunches carrots
- 5 tbsp sprout oil
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the green tops, but leave a small part of the greens attached to the carrots.
- 3. Peel the carrots completely.
- 4. Heat some oil in a pan over high heat.
- 5. Add the carrots to the hot pan.
- 6. Simmer the carrots for about 8 minutes.
- 7. Season the carrots with salt and pepper.
- 8. Put the buttermilk into a small bowl.
- 9. Add the mayonnaise to the buttermilk.
- 10. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 11. Mix the ingredients for the dip well together.
- 12. Peel the garlic.
- 13. Press the garlic directly into the dip mixture.
- 14. Season the dip with salt.
- 15. Season the dip with pepper.
- 16. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the dip.
- 17. Take the hot pan with the cooking oil off the stove.
- 18. Drizzle the hot cooking oil carefully over the finished dip.
- 19. Serve the carrots together with the dip.
