🥤 Fresh Carrot and Mandarin Juice

Ingredients
- 300 g large carrots (2 large carrots)
- 2 mandarins
- 1 small lime
- 40 g small fresh fig (1 small fresh fig)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the green tops and the ends of the carrots.
- 3. Cut the carrots into large pieces so they fit better into the juicer.
- 4. Cut the mandarins and the lime each in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the mandarin halves into a bowl.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lime halves into the same bowl.
- 7. Hold the fig under lukewarm water and rinse it gently.
- 8. Dry the fig with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Slice the fig into very thin slices.
- 10. Put the prepared carrot pieces into the juicer.
- 11. Juice the carrots and catch the juice in a container.
- 12. Crush the ice cubes in an ice crusher or blender into fine ice.
- 13. Put the crushed ice into a large drinking glass.
- 14. Pour the carrot juice over the ice.
- 15. Pour the mandarin and lime juice in as well.
- 16. Stir the mixture well with a spoon.
- 17. Add the thin fig slices to the drink.
- 18. Drink the juice immediately so it tastes freshest.
