🥤 Fresh Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 100 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 1 piece ginger (walnut-sized, fresh)
- 1 tsp honey
- chives
- carrot strips (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger root.
- 2. Press the peeled ginger through a garlic press directly into the blender.
- 3. Add the juices, the buttermilk, and the honey to the blender.
- 4. Blend all ingredients well until a creamy mixture forms.
- 5. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
- 6. Garnish the glasses with fresh chives and small carrot pieces.
