🍽️ Carrot Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 125 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 150 g carrots
- parsley (2 tbsp chopped each)
- chives (2 tbsp chopped each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 400 g grapes
Instructions
- 1. Stir the cream cheese with the orange juice until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly and then peel them.
- 3. Grate the peeled carrots coarsely using the large holes of a vegetable grater.
- 4. Fold the grated carrots into the cream cheese mixture.
- 5. Add the fresh herbs and mix them evenly into the dip.
- 6. Season the mixture to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 7. Wash the grapes and pat them dry.
- 8. Serve the finished spread together with the bread and the grapes.
