🥤 Fresh Carrot Juice with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 800 g bunch carrots
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Cut off the hard ends of the carrots.
- 4. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
- 6. Put the garlic and six carrots into the juicer.
- 7. Juice the ingredients.
- 8. Add the parsley and the remaining carrots to the juicer.
- 9. Juice these ingredients as well.
- 10. Mix the juice with about two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 11. Add the rapeseed oil.
- 12. Enjoy the drink immediately while fresh.
