🍽️ Creamy Spelt and Carrot Porridge

Ingredients
- 100 g young carrots (1 young carrot)
- 200 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g spelt whole grain semolina (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the carrot under warm water.
- 2. Trim off the hard ends, but do not peel the carrot if possible.
- 3. Grate the carrot finely using a box grater.
- 4. Place the grated carrots and the milk into a pot.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Stir in the semolina using a whisk.
- 7. Let the porridge swell over low heat.
- 8. Stir continuously while doing so.
- 9. Cook the porridge for 3 minutes.
- 10. Puree the porridge with a hand blender if desired.
- 11. Let the porridge cool down slightly.
