  2. 2. Peel the carrot.
  3. 3. Cut the carrot into coarse chunks.
  4. 4. Place the carrot pieces and the almonds into a food processor.
  5. 5. Chop the mixture finely.
  6. 6. Transfer the chopped carrots and almonds into a small pot.
  7. 7. Pour in the carrot juice.
  8. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  9. 9. Stir in the semolina.
  10. 10. Cook the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Let the porridge swell for a few minutes.
  12. 12. Add a little water if necessary.
  13. 13. Puree the mixture finely at the end using a hand blender.
