🍽️ Carrot Dinkel Porridge with Almonds

Ingredients
- 100 g Carrots (1 Carrot)
- 20 g peeled almond kernels
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 20 g spelt whole grain semolina (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrot thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the carrot.
- 3. Cut the carrot into coarse chunks.
- 4. Place the carrot pieces and the almonds into a food processor.
- 5. Chop the mixture finely.
- 6. Transfer the chopped carrots and almonds into a small pot.
- 7. Pour in the carrot juice.
- 8. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 9. Stir in the semolina.
- 10. Cook the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 11. Let the porridge swell for a few minutes.
- 12. Add a little water if necessary.
- 13. Puree the mixture finely at the end using a hand blender.
