🍽️ Carrot Apricot Drink

Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 6 peeled almond kernels
- 1 Apricot
- 175 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Whipping cream
- 0.5 tsp Nutritional yeast
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into thick slices. Place the carrot slices together with the almonds in a pot, cover with a little water, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until soft.
- 2. Wash the apricot, halve it, remove the pit, and chop it roughly. Puree the apricot together with the carrots, almonds, and remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the drink into a glass and serve, optionally garnished with a peeled young carrot.
