🍽️ Carrot Walnut Rolls

Ingredients
- 60 g mixed bread (1 slice)
- 1 carrot
- 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the hard crusts from the bread slice.
- 2. Crush walnuts in a bag into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
- 3. Spread the walnut crumbs evenly over the bread slice.
- 4. Wash the carrot under running water.
- 5. Peel the carrot thinly with a vegetable peeler.
- 6. Trim the sides of the carrot so it forms an even stick shape.
- 7. Place the carrot stick on the long edge of the bread surface.
- 8. Roll the bread tightly around the carrot.
- 9. Wrap the roll tightly in baking paper.
- 10. Tie the ends of the paper together with string.
