🍽️ Robiola Cheese Breaded with Pine Needles

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls pine shoots
- 4 Robiola cheese (approx. 150 g each)
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- edible flowers (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Set aside a few tender pine sprigs for decoration.
- 2. Finely chop the remaining pine greens.
- 3. Roll the Robiola cheese pieces in the chopped pine greens.
- 4. Place the breaded cheese pieces on a plate.
- 5. Whisk the orange juice with the lemon juice.
- 6. Stir the honey and oil into the juice mixture.
- 7. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the cheese pieces.
- 9. Garnish the dish with the reserved pine sprigs.
- 10. Sprinkle with edible flowers as desired.
