  1. 1. Peel the onions.
  2. 2. Cut off a small lid from the top.
  3. 3. Carefully hollow out the onions.
  4. 4. Boil the onions for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
  5. 5. Remove the onions from the water.
  6. 6. Let the onions drain well.
  7. 7. Finely chop the inside of the onions.
  8. 8. Finely chop the onion lid.
  9. 9. Sauté the onion insides and the lid in the butter.
  10. 10. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  11. 11. Cut off the thick stems from the spinach.
  12. 12. Add the damp spinach to the onions.
  13. 13. Let the spinach wilt.
  14. 14. Pour in the cream.
  15. 15. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Rinse the anchovies under cold water.
  17. 17. Chop the anchovies finely.
  18. 18. Mix the anchovies into the filling.
  19. 19. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Dice the cheese finely.
  21. 21. Fold the cheese into the filling.
  22. 22. Fill the mixture into the onions.
  23. 23. Place the stuffed onions in a lightly greased baking dish.
  24. 24. Pour in the white wine.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
  26. 26. Bake everything in the oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
