🍽️ Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Onions

Ingredients
- 4 vegetable onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 300 g spinach
- 100 g whipping cream
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 100 g feta cheese
- 0.125 l white wine
- 30 g grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions.
- 2. Cut off a small lid from the top.
- 3. Carefully hollow out the onions.
- 4. Boil the onions for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
- 5. Remove the onions from the water.
- 6. Let the onions drain well.
- 7. Finely chop the inside of the onions.
- 8. Finely chop the onion lid.
- 9. Sauté the onion insides and the lid in the butter.
- 10. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 11. Cut off the thick stems from the spinach.
- 12. Add the damp spinach to the onions.
- 13. Let the spinach wilt.
- 14. Pour in the cream.
- 15. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
- 16. Rinse the anchovies under cold water.
- 17. Chop the anchovies finely.
- 18. Mix the anchovies into the filling.
- 19. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- 20. Dice the cheese finely.
- 21. Fold the cheese into the filling.
- 22. Fill the mixture into the onions.
- 23. Place the stuffed onions in a lightly greased baking dish.
- 24. Pour in the white wine.
- 25. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
- 26. Bake everything in the oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
