🍽️ Bacon-Wrapped Roulade with Vegetable Filling

Ingredients
- 1 thin veal cutlet (100 g)
- 1 slice breakfast bacon
- basil
- 1 small carrot (cut into sticks)
- from green bell peppers
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 0.5 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Cover the surface of the meat evenly with the fresh basil leaves.
- 3. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
- 4. Cut the carrots and the bell pepper into small pieces.
- 5. Sauté the vegetables in the hot butter for about three minutes.
- 6. Lightly salt the sautéed vegetables.
- 7. Spread the warm vegetables evenly over the basil leaves.
- 8. Roll the meat up tightly so that the filling stays inside.
- 9. Wrap several strips of bacon around the roulade.
- 10. Secure the roulade with wooden skewers so it does not open.
- 11. Place the roulade on the preheated grill.
- 12. Grill the roulade on the hot grill surface until it is fully cooked.
