  1. 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the peppers in half.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes.
  4. 4. Dice the pepper flesh into very small pieces.
  5. 5. Wash the radishes.
  6. 6. Take one single radish and slice it lengthwise into four thin slices.
  7. 7. Set these four slices aside.
  8. 8. Grate the rest of the radishes coarsely.
  9. 9. Rinse the dill under cold water.
  10. 10. Shake the dill dry.
  11. 11. Finely chop the dill.
  12. 12. Mix the diced peppers with the grated radishes.
  13. 13. Add the chopped dill to the mixture.
  14. 14. Stir in the quark.
  15. 15. Add the cream.
  16. 16. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Wash the cucumber.
  18. 18. Carve fine grooves around the cucumber using a zester.
  19. 19. Slice the cucumber diagonally.
  20. 20. Make sure the slices are about two centimeters thick.
  21. 21. Hollow out the cucumber slices with a small spoon.
  22. 22. Leave a sturdy bottom in place.
  23. 23. Fill the hollows with the quark radish mixture.
  24. 24. Garnish each filling with one of the saved radish slices.
