🍽️ Quark Radish Cucumber Boats

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 6 radishes (approx. 70 g)
- 1 handful dill
- 80 g quark
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- salt
- pepper
- 1 large cucumber
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half.
- 3. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes.
- 4. Dice the pepper flesh into very small pieces.
- 5. Wash the radishes.
- 6. Take one single radish and slice it lengthwise into four thin slices.
- 7. Set these four slices aside.
- 8. Grate the rest of the radishes coarsely.
- 9. Rinse the dill under cold water.
- 10. Shake the dill dry.
- 11. Finely chop the dill.
- 12. Mix the diced peppers with the grated radishes.
- 13. Add the chopped dill to the mixture.
- 14. Stir in the quark.
- 15. Add the cream.
- 16. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 17. Wash the cucumber.
- 18. Carve fine grooves around the cucumber using a zester.
- 19. Slice the cucumber diagonally.
- 20. Make sure the slices are about two centimeters thick.
- 21. Hollow out the cucumber slices with a small spoon.
- 22. Leave a sturdy bottom in place.
- 23. Fill the hollows with the quark radish mixture.
- 24. Garnish each filling with one of the saved radish slices.
