Ingredients
- 2 large ripe peaches
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 thin turkey cutlets (150 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the peaches briefly under running boiling water to loosen the skin. Immediately rinse them with cold water. Peel off the skin. Cut the fruits in half and remove the pit. Slice the flesh into thin wedges.
- 2. Place the flour on a plate. Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper. Coat the cutlets in the flour so they are lightly covered. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cutlets over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- 3. Place the fried cutlets side by side in a baking dish. Distribute the peach wedges evenly over the cutlets. Sprinkle the cheese and sliced almonds on top. Bake the dish in a hot oven (220 degrees top heat) for about 5 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
