🍽️ Pear filled with fruit salad

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe pears (e.g. Williams, Abate or Conference)
- 1 apple
- 2 peaches
- 2 plums
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp maraschino liqueur
- 2 lemons (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the top third of the pear to use as a lid.
- 3. Carefully hollow out the rest of the pear using a teaspoon.
- 4. Drizzle lemon juice over the removed flesh and the hollowed-out pear.
- 5. Dice the fruit flesh and place it in a bowl.
- 6. Set the pear lids aside.
- 7. Wash the apple.
- 8. Peel the apple.
- 9. Halve the apple.
- 10. Remove the core.
- 11. Cut the apple into wedges.
- 12. Dice the apple pieces.
- 13. Add the apple cubes to the pear in the bowl.
- 14. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit.
- 15. Wash the peaches.
- 16. Carefully peel the skin off the peaches.
- 17. Halve the peaches.
- 18. Remove the pits.
- 19. Dice the peaches.
- 20. Wash the plums.
- 21. Halve the plums.
- 22. Pit the plums.
- 23. Dice the plums.
- 24. Add the peach and plum cubes to the rest of the fruit in the bowl.
- 25. Add the sugar.
- 26. Add the Maraschino cherries.
- 27. Mix everything well together.
- 28. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
- 29. Fill the pears generously with the fruit mixture.
- 30. Place the lid on top of the pear.
- 31. Place the pears in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 32. Serve the pears cold.
