🍽️ Honey-Lemon Pork Neck Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 kg pork neck (kitchen-ready, boneless)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork neck under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the pork neck into 8 slices of roughly equal thickness.
- 4. Whisk the honey, lemon juice, oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- 5. Add the meat slices to the marinade and mix well so that everything is evenly coated.
- 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 7. Preheat the grill.
- 8. Place the marinated pork neck slices on the grill grate.
- 9. Grill the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
- 10. Arrange the steaks on plates.
- 11. Garnish the meat with fresh parsley.
- 12. Serve the steaks with stuffed grilled tomatoes and fresh leaf salad, if desired.
