  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Peel the kohlrabi. Cut the bottom flat so they stand stably.
  3. 3. Cut off the top part as a lid. Use a melon baller to hollow out the inside.
  4. 4. Leave a border of about 1 centimeter thick so the shell remains stable.
  5. 5. Use the hollowed-out kohlrabi flesh for another preparation.
  6. 6. Parboil the hollowed-out kohlrabi in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Shock the kohlrabi with cold water. Then pat them dry.
  8. 8. Peel the carrot and dice it finely.
  9. 9. Wash the chili pepper. Cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  10. 10. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Mix the minced meat with the diced carrots, chopped chili, egg yolk, parsley, and thyme.
  12. 12. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Fill the kohlrabi with the minced meat mixture.
  14. 14. Serve the stuffed kohlrabi garnished with chili and parsley as desired.
