🍽️ Stuffed Kohlrabi Boats

Ingredients
- 4 large kohlrabi
- salt
- 1 small carrot
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 250 g minced meat (mixed)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the kohlrabi. Cut the bottom flat so they stand stably.
- 3. Cut off the top part as a lid. Use a melon baller to hollow out the inside.
- 4. Leave a border of about 1 centimeter thick so the shell remains stable.
- 5. Use the hollowed-out kohlrabi flesh for another preparation.
- 6. Parboil the hollowed-out kohlrabi in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Shock the kohlrabi with cold water. Then pat them dry.
- 8. Peel the carrot and dice it finely.
- 9. Wash the chili pepper. Cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- 10. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 11. Mix the minced meat with the diced carrots, chopped chili, egg yolk, parsley, and thyme.
- 12. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 13. Fill the kohlrabi with the minced meat mixture.
- 14. Serve the stuffed kohlrabi garnished with chili and parsley as desired.
