🍽️ Minced Meat Roulades Made from Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 kg firm-cooking potatoes
- 1 tbsp flour
- 5 onions
- 2 eggs
- 600 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 bunch parsley
- ghee (for frying)
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise (from the jar)
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Grate the potatoes finely.
- 3. Let the grated potatoes rest for half an hour.
- 4. Pour off the released potato juice.
- 5. Mix the drained potatoes with flour.
- 6. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
- 7. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 8. Take half of the chopped onions.
- 9. Mix these onions with the whisked eggs.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
- 11. Fold the onion-egg mixture into the potato mass.
- 12. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 13. Sauté the remaining onions in the hot oil.
- 14. Add the minced meat to the pan.
- 15. Fry the meat until it is crumbly.
- 16. Finely chop the parsley.
- 17. Stir the parsley into the meat mixture.
- 18. Finally season the filling with salt and pepper.
- 19. Heat oil in a large pan.
- 20. Fry the potato mixture in portions to make large pancakes.
- 21. Spread some minced meat filling onto each pancake.
- 22. Roll up the pancakes with the filling.
- 23. Grease a baking dish.
- 24. Place the potato roulades side by side in the dish.
- 25. Place the baking dish under the grill.
- 26. Broil the roulades for five minutes.
- 27. Halve the bell pepper.
- 28. Remove the core of the bell pepper.
- 29. Wash the bell pepper.
- 30. Dice the bell pepper.
- 31. Wash the tomatoes.
- 32. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 33. Wash the head lettuce.
- 34. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 35. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
- 36. Drizzle the marinade over the salad.
- 37. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 38. Sprinkle the chives over the salad.
- 39. Place the potato roulades on the plates.
- 40. Serve the salad with the roulades.
- 41. Put mayonnaise over the potato roulades.
