🍽️ Gin-Marinated Salmon Bites

Ingredients
- 200 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 100 ml gin
- 1 lemon (juice)
- sea salt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- pepper (from the mill)
- 9 leaves young spinach
- 9 oat cookies
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the salmon in a freezer bag.
- 4. Pour the gin and lemon juice into the bag.
- 5. Seal the bag well.
- 6. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
- 8. Set the heating function to top and bottom heat.
- 9. Place the salmon along with the marinade in a baking dish.
- 10. Season the salmon lightly with salt.
- 11. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- 12. Mix the crème fraîche with the finely chopped dill.
- 13. Season the dill mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
- 14. Rinse the spinach.
- 15. Remove any tough stems from the spinach.
- 16. Pat the spinach dry.
- 17. Place the spinach leaves on the oat crackers.
- 18. Remove the salmon from the oven.
- 19. Let the salmon cool slightly until lukewarm.
- 20. Divide the salmon into 9 equal pieces.
- 21. Place the salmon pieces on the spinach.
- 22. Top with the dill cream.
- 23. Serve the dish.
