  8. 8. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  9. 9. Add the butter, eggs, and a pinch of salt to the dough.
  10. 10. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  11. 11. Cover the dough again.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise at room temperature until it has doubled in size.
  13. 13. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar.
  14. 14. Add the egg to the cheese.
  15. 15. Add the lemon juice.
