🍽️ Couscous Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 100 g Couscous (Instant)
- Salt
- 50 g melted butter
- 4 large tomatoes
- 70 g feta
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Bring 250 milliliters of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Add the couscous to the boiling water or stir the boiling water directly into the couscous.
- 3. Set the bowl aside and let the couscous swell for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Fluff the cooked couscous with a fork.
- 5. Stir the melted butter into the couscous.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 7. Cut off the top lid of the tomato.
- 8. Remove the core from the tomato.
- 9. Dice the hollowed-out tomato flesh into small cubes.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley.
- 11. Mix the tomato cubes, feta cheese, and parsley into the couscous.
- 12. Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the couscous mixture.
- 13. Place the cut-off tomato lid back on top of the filled tomato.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 15. Place the tomatoes in the preheated oven and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes.
