  1. 1. Bring 250 milliliters of water to a boil and add some salt.
  2. 2. Add the couscous to the boiling water or stir the boiling water directly into the couscous.
  3. 3. Set the bowl aside and let the couscous swell for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Fluff the cooked couscous with a fork.
  5. 5. Stir the melted butter into the couscous.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut off the top lid of the tomato.
  8. 8. Remove the core from the tomato.
  9. 9. Dice the hollowed-out tomato flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Finely chop the parsley.
  11. 11. Mix the tomato cubes, feta cheese, and parsley into the couscous.
  12. 12. Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the couscous mixture.
  13. 13. Place the cut-off tomato lid back on top of the filled tomato.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  15. 15. Place the tomatoes in the preheated oven and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes.
