  3. 3. Place the chicken breast into a bowl.
  4. 4. Peel the ginger.
  5. 5. Grate half of the ginger finely.
  6. 6. Spread the grated ginger over the chicken.
  7. 7. Drizzle sesame oil over the meat.
  8. 8. Add teriyaki sauce.
  9. 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to let the marinade penetrate.
  10. 10. Cut the remaining ginger into thin strips.
  11. 11. Clean the spring onions.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions.
  13. 13. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rounds.
  14. 14. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  15. 15. Toast the sesame seeds without added fat until golden brown.
  16. 16. Remove the pan from the heat.
  17. 17. Take the chicken breast out of the marinade.
  18. 18. Pat the meat dry again.
