Ingredients
- 100 g goat cream cheese
- 100 g yogurt (0.1 % fat)
- 100 g quark
- salt
- 0.5 bunch mint
Instructions
- 1. Stir the goat cream cheese with the quark and yogurt until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Wash the mint thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Chop the mint coarsely and stir it into the dip. Finally, season the mixture with salt to taste.
