Ingredients
- 180 g dark chocolate couverture
- 150 g semi-sweet chocolate couverture
- 24 baking wafers
- 1 drop peppermint oil (pharmacy)
- gold glitter (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Melt the milk chocolate over a hot, but not boiling, water bath.
- 2. Let the chocolate cool down briefly.
- 3. Fill the chocolate into a freezer bag or a piping bag.
- 4. Cut off a small corner from the bag.
- 5. Pipe the numbers from 1 to 24 onto a baking sheet.
- 6. Let the numbers dry briefly.
- 7. Place another sheet of baking paper on top of the numbers.
- 8. Press the chocolate flat with a palette knife.
- 9. Let the chocolate discs dry completely.
- 10. Melt the dark chocolate over the water bath as well.
- 11. Dip the wafers through the melted chocolate.
- 12. Place the coated wafers on a baking sheet to dry.
- 13. Carefully peel the dried numbers off the baking paper.
- 14. Place the numbers on the still slightly soft chocolate discs.
- 15. Press the numbers down slightly.
- 16. Dust the discs with a little gold glitter.
- 17. Let the discs set.
- 18. Package the discs as an Advent calendar.
- 19. Gift the finished discs.
