🍽️ Fresh Mint Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 10 g mint (0.5 bunch)
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 2. Cut the peeled cucumber in half.
- 3. Remove the inner core with a spoon.
- 4. Dice the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the mint under running water.
- 6. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
- 7. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 8. Place the cucumber cubes into a blender.
- 9. Add the mint leaves to the blender.
- 10. Pour 200 milliliters of water into the blender.
- 11. Add the yogurt to the blender.
- 12. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 13. Season the mix with salt to taste.
- 14. Season the mix with pepper to taste.
- 15. Fill the finished mint yogurt mix into four glasses.
