  2. 2. Cut the peeled cucumber in half.
  3. 3. Remove the inner core with a spoon.
  4. 4. Dice the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the mint under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
  7. 7. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Place the cucumber cubes into a blender.
  9. 9. Add the mint leaves to the blender.
  10. 10. Pour 200 milliliters of water into the blender.
  11. 11. Add the yogurt to the blender.
  12. 12. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is fine and smooth.
  13. 13. Season the mix with salt to taste.
  14. 14. Season the mix with pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Fill the finished mint yogurt mix into four glasses.
