Ingredients
- 8 sprigs mint
- 1 tbsp black tea
- 0.5 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Take 4 mint stems.
- 4. Place the mint stems in a teapot.
- 5. Add black tea to the teapot.
- 6. Pour 800 milliliters of boiling water over the ingredients.
- 7. Let the tea steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 8. Squeeze the lime half.
- 9. Strain the tea mixture into a jug.
- 10. Stir the lime juice into the tea.
- 11. Stir the honey into the tea.
- 12. Let the tea mixture cool down.
- 13. Distribute ice cubes onto 4 glasses.
- 14. Pour the cooled iced tea over the ice cubes.
- 15. Garnish the drinks with the remaining mint.
