  3. 3. Drain the mozzarella in a sieve.
  4. 4. Cut the mozzarella into eight slices.
  5. 5. Wash the tomato under running water.

  7. 7. Pat the anchovy fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  9. 9. Top each bread roll half with fresh basil.
  10. 10. Place a slice of tomato on the basil.
  11. 11. Distribute a slice of mozzarella on the tomato.
  12. 12. Place an olive on the mozzarella.
  13. 13. Place an anchovy fillet on top as the final topping.
  14. 14. Place the topped bread rolls on a baking sheet.
  15. 15. Bake the mini pizzas in the hot oven for a few minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the pizzas as soon as the cheese has melted.
