🍽️ Mini Pizzas on Bread Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 small round bread rolls
- 1 ball mozzarella (150 g)
- 8 black olives
- 1 large tomato
- olive oil
- 8 anchovy fillets (in oil)
- 8 basil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bread rolls in half crosswise.
- 2. Press the bread roll halves flat with your hand.
- 3. Drain the mozzarella in a sieve.
- 4. Cut the mozzarella into eight slices.
- 5. Wash the tomato under running water.
- 6. Cut the tomato into eight slices as well.
- 7. Pat the anchovy fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 9. Top each bread roll half with fresh basil.
- 10. Place a slice of tomato on the basil.
- 11. Distribute a slice of mozzarella on the tomato.
- 12. Place an olive on the mozzarella.
- 13. Place an anchovy fillet on top as the final topping.
- 14. Place the topped bread rolls on a baking sheet.
- 15. Bake the mini pizzas in the hot oven for a few minutes.
- 16. Remove the pizzas as soon as the cheese has melted.
